Splash Park

I took the kids to the St. George town center splash park. We have 6 of them around town. All of them are so different, and it makes for a great day when the kids get to play in the water.

This splash park, has a splash pad, a small flowing river, it has the water that cascades over the rocks, and a small pooling place for the water.

This is the spash pad. These are such a big hit down here with parents, we get to take our kids there for free!!! Your kids can have a bit more freedom, becuase they aren't in a pool, and the water is recycled though chlorine filters. I don't know if they are around anywhere up in northern utah, but we sure have a lot, and a lot more scheduled to be built down here in the southern part.

Porter recieved his geology belt loop, map & compass belt looop, outdoorsman pin, travelers pin, and naturalist pin all in one night. He was pretty excited!
